Description
Fixes #741 - Inspired by #765
This PR adds support for Tailwind CSS v4 per request by jscarle in issue #741. His previous pull request looks great but never ended up getting merged. This is my own take on the idea but I heavily recommend you review jscarle's request as well. The only reason I made this was to mitigate the frustration of any potential merge conflicts. Regardless I would love to see this feature added and thank you to jscarle for the original PR :D
Testing
This feature can easily be tested by running the script locally with the --tailwind flag.
